3. Royal Court & ARC Participation

The Royal Court is a private community that may include access to early materials such as ARCs (Advanced Reader Copies), teasers, or exclusive updates. ARC access is granted through application or invitation and is limited by availability.

Expectations for ARC participants include:

• Submitting respectful, honest reviews on public platforms when possible
• Avoiding spoilers or sharing ARC materials prior to release
• Representing the book and early materials with professionalism and care
• Participating in good faith, with the understanding that continued access to ARCs is not guaranteed

Community members may be removed from the ARC team or Royal Court at any time based on conduct, alignment with these guidelines, or inactivity.

4. Confidentiality & Early Access Materials

All advanced materials shared through ARC programs or community channels are confidential until their public release. This includes:

• ARCs, sample chapters, and excerpts
• Behind-the-scenes content or announcements
• Marketing materials provided in advance

Do not share screenshots, summaries, or direct content from unreleased materials. Spoilers must be clearly marked and avoided in public discussion spaces prior to the official release date.

5. Public Representation

Community members, particularly those granted early access or visible roles, are expected to represent the series in a way that aligns with these standards.

This includes:

• Sharing content in good faith
• Avoiding commentary that misrepresents the tone, theme, or intent of the series
• Ensuring that public-facing posts, reviews, or commentary do not compromise the integrity of the author or the community

Feedback and critical discussion are welcome, as long as they are shared constructively and respectfully.

Participation in the Everkingdom community, including the Royal Court and ARC team, is managed at the discretion of the author and team. Members may be removed at any time without prior notice for behavior that does not align with these guidelines.

No explanation is required for removal, though in some cases one may be offered at the team’s discretion.
